When you use our investor portal, we collect your name and email address in order to set up your account on the portal. You may optionally also provide your phone number to enable multi-factor authentication. You may update certain contact details through the portal, such as your mailing address. Additionally, you may have the option to establish a direct relationship with our portal provider. In such cases, your relationship with the portal provider is independent and is governed by the portal provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

If you use our Shift website, we may collect the following information from you:

• Employer name

• Office location

• Information about your use of Shift services, including but not limited to additional terms and agreements relating to amenity and other Shift services that you have agreed to

As is true with most websites, we collect certain information (some of which may be considered “Information” under certain privacy laws) automatically when you use our Site (including, without limitation, our Shift website), such as:

BEACON CAPITAL uses commercially reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your Information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any Information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed, or that Your Information won’t be intercepted while being transmitted, by breach of any of our security measures.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site is directed to persons 18 years of age or older and you must be 18 years of age in order to access the Site. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not access the Site or provide any Information about yourself to us. BEACON CAPITAL does not knowingly collect or solicit any Information from persons under 18 years of age. Nevada customers can opt out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal information today, and we do not have plans to sell personal information in the future. However, Nevada customers have the legal right to opt out of the sale of their personal information, even if their information is not currently being sold. You may opt out by emailing a request to privacy@beaconcapital.com. In your request, please specify that you wish to “Opt-out of Sale of Personal Information in Nevada.” Please allow 60 days for a response.
