Ray is responsible for the management and strategic shaping of Beacon Capital Partners’ technology application portfolio. He oversees the design and implementation, as well as the maintenance and support of applications and tools that support the company’s requirements and goals. Before joining Beacon in 2022, Ray spent over 5 years at State Street Global Advisors developing and growing the IT business management and strategy office shaping the resource planning, software development, and internal and external communications reporting and frameworks.

Ray has spent his career creating measurable innovative operational and technological solutions both in-house for asset managers and externally for clients ranging from emerging startups to institutional investors. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stonehill College.
