Beacon regularly conducts table-top exercises and other training sessions to prepare for emergencies. One such exercise is an immersive, realistic, multimedia emergency-preparedness training exercise for tenants, contractors, vendors and public service groups. Beacon has conducted dozens of these exercises in major U.S. cities and in London and Paris, and has been commended by the City of London Police and the Metropolitan Police of New Scotland Yard, by the U.S. Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security, and above all, by tenants.

As a result of extensive training and education, Beacon is the first real estate company whose emergency preparedness policies, procedures, and training have been certified as an anti-terrorist technology by the Department of Homeland Security.
